Seventh Annual New Jersey Week for the Animals

Posted by SusanStokes on July 22, 2017

The 7th Annual New Jersey Week for the Animals is upon us! This week of celebration July 22 through July 30, 2017 is the time for animal advocates in New Jersey to make their voices heard through special promotion by Animal World USA.  If you want to raise awareness for your animal rescue efforts, pet adoptions, wildlife advocacy, or humane education contribution, you can have your event listed on the special New Jersey Week for the Animals Calendar of Events.

According to the latest press release, Governor Christie once again issued a Letter of Support, and animal shelters and humane organizations across New Jersey will be spotlighted this week in 100+ animal-related events in various locations.

Events will include adoption days, spay/neuter low cost events, shelter adoption days, R.E.A.D. dog programs and book displays in libraries, unique ways to help horses and farm animals, therapy dogs visiting hospitals and assisted living homes, and a salute to our military and working K-9's.
